SYNCHRONIZING PANELS

Synchronization panels are mainly designed and used to meet power system requirements. These panels provide manual as well as automatic synchronizing function for one or more generator breakers. They are widely used in synchronizing generators and offering multiplexing solutions.

PFI PLANT

The power transmitted from the power plant to the power station, from the power stations to the industries and from the industries to the machines result in large power losses due to the inductive loads. The pure inductive loads result in lagging power factor while the pure capacitive loads result in leading power factor and the pure resistive load do not have any effect on the power factor.
Maximum motors offer inductive loads, thus increasing the power losses. Watt = Voltage X Current X Power Factor. Power Factor = cosφ where φ is the angle between voltage wave and current wave called the phase angle. Smaller the phase angle, smaller will be the power losses. To improve the power factor, capacitors are installed in parallel with the mains supply that offer leadind power factor, and thus neutralize the effect of logging power factor due to inductive loads.

BUS TIE DUCT

The BTD is used to serve high power transmission from transformer to Main Distribution panel, which covers the requirements of 3 phase 415V, 50 Hz UPTO 6000A, copper TPN Bus with enclosure suitable for indoor type. The BTD is designed for the current ratings and for a maximum temprature rise 45 degree C as an ambient temperature.
The enclosure is of 14 SWG mild steel sheet, powder coated finish with flint gray shade RAL 7032 and dried in a oven after suitable pretreatment all structure and steel plates with anti corrosive phosphate method.
The BTD is also supplied with suitable earth bus running all along the length of the bus duct of copper strip of GREEN colour, two copper flats of same phase are stacked together or the spacing between them maximumof the thickness of one conductor and bus bars are identified by colour i.e. RED, YELLOW and BLUE for phase and BLACK for the neutral bus-bars.

CABLE TRAY & LADDERS

In the electrical wiring or buildings, a cable tray systems is used to support insulated electric cables used for power distribution and communication. These are commonly used for cable management in commercial and industrial construction.
They are specially useful insituations where changes to a wiring system are anticipated, since new cables can be installed by laying them through the tray or ladder. A perforated tray has opening in the bottom of the tray, allowing some air circulation around the cables, which may either slots or holes punched in the bottom.
A cable ladder tray has the cables supported by a traverse bar, similarly to the rugs of a ladder, at regular intervals on the order of 6 to 12 inches ( 150 to 300mm ). Both cable tray or cable ladder are manufactured in different sizes in width/height as per site requirments, length on the order of 6 to 8 feet.
